Digital products only
All GuidePantry products are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items are shipped, and there are no shipping costs.
How you receive your order
- Instant access: Once your payment is confirmed, you will see a download link on the order confirmation page.
- By email: You will also receive an email with your download link, usually within a few minutes. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you can’t find it.
Delivery time
Delivery is usually immediate. In rare cases, payment checks may delay it by up to 24 hours.
Download problems
If you have not received your download link within 24 hours, or the file does not open, contact us at bigynneth@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you a new link as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days.
Printing
Our guides are designed for A4 paper and also print well on US Letter. Choose “Fit to page” in your printer settings.
