Refund Policy

All products sold by GuidePantry are digital downloads (PDF files). Because they are delivered instantly and can be kept after download, we handle refunds as follows.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once the download has started, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. You give this consent at checkout by completing your purchase. If you have not yet downloaded your file, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

When we will refund you
We will gladly issue a full refund or a replacement if:
- the file is damaged, incomplete or will not open;
- you were charged twice for the same product;
- the product is materially different from its description;
- you did not receive your download link and we cannot resolve it.

What is not refundable
We cannot refund a product after it has been downloaded simply because you changed your mind or bought it by mistake, except where the law requires us to.

How to request help
Email us at [support@guidepantry.com] within 14 days of purchase with your order number (e.g. GP-1001) and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
